We ship worldwide!
We do our best to ship your new items at lightning speed, usually 3 to 7 working days.
If you complete your order during weekend or on a holiday, we will process your order on the following working day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number as soon as your order has been processed.
We accept refunds on all our pieces. Returned items must be in original condition, including tags and hygiene seal. Items must not have been worn or washed.
Please complete the return form included with the package. You have 10 days from the delivery to send back your items to:

Your returned items will be checked over prior to receiving approval for a refund. Once approved, your return will be processed for refund. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the returned items.
Please note, the customer covers return shipping costs. OceaLah is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – we recommend using a registered postal service to return the items.
For size or colour changes, the client must the return the item and make a new purchase on www.ocealah.com.
