SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship worldwide!

We do our best to procedure and ship your new item at lightning speed, usually 1-3 business days processing time.

If you shop your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we’ll start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out.

RETURNS

We accept refunds on all our pieces. Returned items must be in original condition, including tags and hygiene seal. Item/s must not have been worn or washed.

 

Please complete the return form that was included with your original delivery within 10 days of the day you received your delivery, indicating if you would like to return for a refund and send the item/s with the completed returns form to:

Your returned items will be checked over prior to receiving approval for a refund. Once approved, your return will be processed for refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned items.

Please note, the customer covers return shipping costs. OceaLah is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – we recommend using a registered postal service to return the item/s.

 

For size or colour changes, the client must request the return of the item (to be returned to the supplier in perfect condition) and make a new purchase on www.ocealah.com.
