  • What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?
    We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at hola@ocealah.com so we can urgently assist you and help you to exchange the product.
  • How should I care for my bikinis?
    We recommend you hand wash your bikinis in cold water after every use and dry them in shade. In this way, you will make sure your bikini will stay in good shape for many summers to come.
  • I’m in Barcelona, can I pick up my order?
    Unfortunately, we do not have a retail store, so at this time we cannot allow pick-ups.
