Size guide

Our sizing is based on simple scale: small (S), medium (M), large (L). Use our size chart to guide you and help you determinate your size.

Our swimwear is designed to fit firm on a body. If you prefer a less firm fit, please choose one size larger than your regular size.

Please note all our tops, except Marine Bandeau Top, are adjustable. Therefore, the only measurement needed to choose the right top size is your cup size.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping information

We ship worldwide!

We do our best to procedure and ship your new item at lightning speed, usually 1-3 business days processing time.

If you shop your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we’ll start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out.

Returns

We accept refunds on all our pieces. Returned items must be in original condition, including tags and hygiene seal. Item/s must not have been worn or washed.

Please complete the return form that was included with your original delivery within 10 days of the day you received your delivery, indicating if you would like to return for a refund and send the item/s with the completed returns form to:

Your returned items will be checked over prior to receiving approval for a refund. Once approved, your return will be processed for refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned items.

Please note, the customer covers return shipping costs. OceaLah is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – we recommend using a registered postal service to return the item/s.

For size or colour changes, the client must request the return of the item (to be returned to the supplier in perfect condition) and make a new purchase on www.ocealah.com.

What if the item i received is damaged or faulty?

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at hola@ocealah.com so we can urgently review the matter for you!

I'm in Barcelona, can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, we do not have a retail store, so at this time we cannot allow pick-ups.

To make sure your swimwear lasts for long, hand wash it after wear in cool water and dry it in shade.
